On Monday we had two Physical Therapist Speak. The first one was cool to hear about and pretty interesting. The second speaker worked at Boost, and so we went there afterwards. It was fun to get my morning workout in, and to see different exercises that people use to recover. I enjoyed the different workouts, and a few laughs here and there.

I took the ACT on Tuesday, so I wasn’t able to make it to class.

On Wednesday we had another physical therapist come in and talk from KU Med. Her presentation was great, and I learned some information on schooling and such. More or less, I loved all the speakers that came in, but I know I don’t want to be a physical therapist.

On Thursday we had Med Terms and I taught them with Wesley. Both of us had a conversation or two before at the gym to talk about how we wanted to teach. We both went over the near-pod many times just so we were prepared. Wesley and I came a bit earlier so that we could go over everything and make sure we could pronounce the words right. Once we got back, then worked with a team-it was Drew and Kennedy but Drew was getting her wisdom teeth out-on our project with the SCAT5 test.

On Friday we had SIM Lab and it was really fun and interesting to test for a concussion. All and all, this was a great week!
